Warranties & Guarantees explained
Warranties and guarantees are provided by the manufacturer and are in addition to the consumer's other rights and remedies under a law in relation to the goods. Premium Flooring Solutions also provides residential and commercial customers with a Lifetime Carpet Re-stretch when we supply and install your carpet.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Read our Returns & Refund Policy for more information.
You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are of unacceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This ensures that you receive goods that meet our high standards.
