Pricing Options

What does a price range mean?

The price range of our products will depend on whether you are buying just the product (to install yourself) or would like to engage our team to install your flooring. The former would be a supply-only price, and the latter is our supply and installation price.

How do you calculate how much flooring is needed?

When our estimator visits your home, rental, or business to conduct the measurement, they input the measurements into a program to create a floor plan for the building. The specific product(s) you are quoted on are then dropped into each room. The program automatically works out exactly how much of each product is required for your job.

How much will my Hard Floor/Carpet cost?

Many factors come into play when quoting for your new flooring. The cost of your hard flooring/carpet will depend on which option you select:

Product onlyExtras

Our hard floors are priced per square metre, and carpet is priced per lineal meter. The product-only price includes only the flooring.

In addition to the product, we offer services including installation (including moving furniture, removing and disposing of old flooring and trims) and floor preparation (including floor levelling and grinding). Any of these extras will be calculated individually on top of the initial flooring cost.

Why are some flooring types more expensive than others?

Additional services aside, we price our products based on quality. That’s why products made out of harder-to-source materials (for example, engineered timber and oak) are more expensive. Factors such as the size and thickness of hard flooring boards or the carpet material (e.g., polyester vs. wool blend) also affect the price.
