What is involved in a FREE measure and quote?

One of our team will visit your home and conduct a FREE measure for the areas where flooring is required. A knowledgeable team member must conduct the measuring to ensure accuracy.

They are also aware of anomalies, such as pattern matches, for some flooring options. Our team will bring a range of samples to your home, rental, or business to showcase the different options available to you.

It is advisable to keep the samples for a day or so to see how natural light during the day and artificial light at night affect the colour over a 24-hour period.

Our team will also inspect your existing flooring condition, which assists in the installation process. Depending on the conditions, floor preparation may be required.

We will provide a quote after completing the measuring and on-site inspection. We aim to get a quote back to you within a week of measuring the job. Occasionally, it may take longer to supply a quote, pending stock availability, floor preparation, and other installation components. You will, however, be notified of this.

I am time poor - what are my options?

With the vast array of residential and commercial flooring options, it can be daunting to start buying new flooring. And being time poor doesn’t help. Our mobile showroom allows us to come directly to you, at a time that suits you. We can arrange a phone call or measure outside of business hours and on weekends. How quickly can I get a quote?

You can get a quote quickly, depending on the time of year and how busy we are. If you have an idea of what flooring you are looking for and both parties are available at the same time, it can be as quickly as a few days. Generally, we aim to get a quote back to you within a week of measuring the job.
